Install Coinbase Chrome ExtensionThe Coinbase Chrome Extension is a browser-based wallet that allows you to manage Ethereum, Bitcoin, and other supported tokens directly in Chrome. It offers secure key management, wallet backup, and easy interaction with decentralized applications (dApps) without exposing your private keys online.
Go to Coinbase Wallet and choose the Chrome extension option.
Click “Add to Chrome” and follow browser prompts to install the extension securely.
After installation, you will see the Coinbase Wallet icon in your Chrome toolbar. Click it to begin setup.
Click the Coinbase Wallet icon in Chrome to open the wallet interface.
Choose “Create a Wallet” for a new account or “Import Wallet” if you already have a recovery phrase.
Write down the 12-word recovery phrase and store it offline. Do not share it with anyone.
